With over 22 years of P & L leadership in multinational, public and private organizations, Dave brings a practical approach to business strategy development and process focused implementation.

For five years, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Intermatic, Inc. a privately held manufacturer of electronic controls and landscape lighting. Prior to Intermatic, Dave spent 13 years with the Brady Corporation, a NYSE global supplier of high performance identification systems, custom die-cut components and safety and facilities identification products.  At Brady, he served first as Group Vice President for the largest global operating group and next as the Chief Financial Officer.

Earlier in his career, Dave was President and Chief Executive Officer of Uniroyal Adhesive and Sealants Company.

He has served as a director on the boards of Intermatic, Inc., the Chamberlain Group, Inc., American Hotel Register Company, Digi-Star Holdings and the National Association of Manufacturers.  He is currently a director for Alto Shaam,Inc., the R.S. Hughes Co., Alpha Source, Inc., Harris Research, Inc as well as Chairman of Justrite Manufacturing Company, LLC.  Dave also serves as an operating partner for Baird Capital, a U.S. based, global buyout fund which invests in the business services, health care and industrial solutions sectors.

Dave commits his time and experience to non-profit activities and has worked with his partners at Summit4water.org to bring safe drinking water to the students and residents of Uraki Village near Usa River in Tanzania.
